Q: What kinds of asphalt shingles do you use?
A: We only use architectural shingles, which are more sophisticated and slightly thicker than the entry level or builder grade shingles. We install our shingles in layers to create texture and depth.

A: It all starts by getting your FREE no-obligation inspection. Our goal at JPR Construction Inc is to get you into a better than pre-loss condition and win you over as a repeat customer.
We have outstanding crews to handle the roof, gutters, siding, paint, and all interior work. An average residential roof is usually completely installed in 2 days with a double crew. This includes the gutters, siding and exterior paint.
We would be with you every step of the way along with our project manager.
We will highly upgrade the quality of your roof. We use a GAF certified 30 year Timberline HD shingle. We also use a Z Ridge and upgrade all of the hardware from builder plastic to metal. The valleys will all have ice and water protection and the backing will be upgraded from the builder felt to a GAF certified backing.
We do also have color options if you want to change either the roof or gutter color.
