22-year-olds with 15 years of roofing expertise are rare. Juan started working in Florida at age 7. Juan was unique and respected his father's hard work. Juan knew his father, JP, was in a challenging industry with several setbacks. Juan studied about roofing materials and installation every year. Juan sold roofs after graduating from Rowlett High School in 2016. A 2016 north Texas storm ruined hundreds of roofs. The Rodriguez family moved to the city hit by grapefruit-sized hail in 2012. Juan started his father's roofing company by selling 30 roofs in his first year. Juan learned supplementing from my dad's company owners and teammates. Juan sold roofs and built connections but also optimized insurance estimates and maximized insurance claims. Juan is now the sales VP and project manager for every installation.
