Juan was a great representative of the company. Was up-front, honest, and patient. He made sure his crews did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Made the insurance process a breeze. I would highly recommend JPR Construction to anyone who has roofing needs.

JPR did an excellent job replacing our old roof and gutters. They used high quality materials in spite of our insurance company that wasn’t cooperating with the project. Now we have a brand new black roof and black gutters that have significantly improved our house curb appeal. My wife and I are greatly satisfied with their job!

JPR Construction replaced our roof in 1 day, cleanup was exceptional. They worked with Insurance Co. from start to finish. We chose to use them after seeing the quality of work they did on the neighbors house. We will be contacting them for any other work we need completed.

We recently engaged JPR Construction to remodel the kitchen in our new home. We had worked with another company for a very short time who did inferior, shoddy work - if they showed up at all, the owner was of no help in discussing options for the project and refused to come speak with us when there were issues with his crew. Juan (owner of JPR Construction) was professional, understanding and helpful in making suggestions about the project. They had to redo much of the work done by the previous contractor. In spite of the fact he had other projects in progress, Juan was responsive to our questions and concerns, always available for conversation, and was regularly on the site to ensure that the work done was as it should be and a final quality project. He noted small details of the work that were not up to his standards and had his crew make corrections and improvements as the project progressed. The final result was beautiful. Juan is now our "go to man" for any work that we may need to have done to our house.

JPR Construction Inc. is an amazing company and it’s locally owned and operated. They have an excellent team. They were excellent from everyone with whom I have dealt for these few weeks, during my experience with Juan Sr. and Juan Jr. have been awesome. Juan Jr. went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and fighting our cause that we had hail and wind damage. His team did a great job on our new roof which looks unbelievable. JPR Construction did an outstanding performance both with negotiating repairs with the insurance company and the work the provided. They got us more than expected with our insurance company as they took the time to look at everything even when the insurance agent did not. They work was completed before the insurance check arrived and they did a job that was above my expectations. I would recommend them to friends, family and everyone. Rating on a 1-10 would be an 11.

We were recommended JPR Construction by Only Juan Energy Solutions (which I also HIGHLY recommend for your energy efficiency needs), because in order to complete a duct work and attic insulation project, we needed some gaps between our roof and various soffits sealed. We had to resolve a legacy pest problem. Not only did Juan Jr. and Sr. complete the work in a timely fashion, they devised a much more secure and permanent solution to gaps in the roof that Sweeps and Ladders had claimed to repair for us the year prior (in fact, had the employee from Sweeps and Ladder completed the original repair with fidelity, we would not have needed to deal with this again one year on, but that's another story). Juan Jr. is really pleasant to work with, not pushy either - they often do full roof installations and much bigger projects, not our teeny tiny project, but he didn't try to upsell anything else to us and assessed our roof for us while he was here to give us an idea how many years left we have with it (or more realistically, probably how many hail storms we have left lol). Anyway, the team at JPR are reliable, professional, and efficient. Would absolutely hire them again - and if and when we do need to have our roof replaced, we know who we'll call.

Getting a new roof is always stressful but Juan and his crew made it so much easier. I was able to trust that they were doing the job professionally and with my best interest in heart. This sometimes meant it made their job harder and they went above and beyond to fix issues I had that were beyond the scope of what was required including replacing some rotting siding! By the time Juan and his crew left I felt like I had a new friend and will definitely be using him and JPR Construction again when recommended and will refer everyone I know to his company.
