I feel a great deal of pride in writing this review…almost as much pride as we have in our beautiful new roof. From the initial conversation to assess our needs, through final inspection, Tim Crain and JPR Construction left no detail unaddressed and always presented information in a very clear and upfront manner. Tim’s consultative approach to our project was not only informative, but his knowledge of the business, including the insurance process, is quite impressive and extremely helpful. I cannot recall a single example of having doubt or even hesitation on my part while making a few key decisions and discussing our options.
